TRANSCENDENCE

Sitting or lying comfortably, take a deep breath in and as you release the breath release tension from your body, with each breath that you take becoming more and more calm, more and more relaxed.  Just allowing yourself to sink into this feeling, becoming more and more deeply relaxed with each breath that you take. Calming the mind and letting go of all the stress of the day, just leaving this all behind as you begin this journey to yourself.

As you are breathing deeply, rhythmically and calmly see a hill ahead, rising up above you, walk towards this hill, and as you continue upwards transcending your physical presence, going upwards and upwards, easily and gently, following your path so easily.

You are coming to the crest of the hill now, breathe in the pure air and energy, pure energy filling you with light, this is your portal to pure transcendence.  Wait here a moment and connect with how this feels, you are truly alive, this is a moment of pure cogniscence (knowing), you are you, breathe this in and enjoy this encounter with blessings and joy.  You are one with the universe.  Look around you at the possibilities you can create, breathe this into your being.

You are magnificent, you are one with god, the creator, you are part and whole of your destiny, dream your being into reality, feel this, breathe this in, your magnificence, no one can ever deny you this inheritance, you are you.

Feel this in your whole being, transcend all your ideology, your old scripts, let this go now and be you, celebrate this in all the cells of your body.

Go now into your cellular structure, feel your DNA shift and evolve into the new you, free from all past constraints, breathe, breathe, let go for you are a magnificent being who can create all that you wish in peace and harmony, you are beautiful, no one can take that from you, sit still in your power, you are one with the universe, feel this energy and power flow through you, you are one, ONE,. Endless possibilities flow through you, you are one, breathe this in, you are one, whole, complete, perfect, you are one.

When you are ready bringing yourself back into your physical body, slowly and gently easing back into the present, exactly as you were before but with one big difference, you are healed and whole, breathe this in as you begin to waken, wriggling your fingers and toes, ready to open your eyes feeling fully mentally alert, calm and relaxed, ready now back in the present, open your eyes.  Smile and blessings to you on all of your journeys.
