My training is in Humanistic, integrative psychotherapy underpinned with psychodynamic theory , which explores our relationship to self and others encouraging authenticity and deeper understanding and resolution of emotional issues and energy blocks. I aim to provide a safe, supportive and non judgemental space in which you may explore your issues of concern. 

I abide by the AHP code of ethics and conduct. All sessions are in strictest confidence.

Healing and Attunements 

Reiki is the channelling of Universal life force energy, directed from the healer to the client, to promote physical, emotional, mental and spiritual balance. Treatment is usually a very relaxing and uplifting experience for the client and many clients have stated that they found this a very profound and deep healing experience. Clients remain fully clothed and may lie on the treatment couch or sit on a chair, whichever is most comfortable.

Angel reiki works alongside the Archangels and Ascended Masters of the Light and receiving this powerful yet gentle healing energy increases our sense of peace and connectedness, empowering our healing.

Weight loss

Weight management issues are addressed from a psychological approach, giving support and encouraging healthy eating patterns, stress reduction and increased energy levels.  Weight loss programmes include an hypnotic CD which helps to keep your focus between sessions, a personal journal and food diary which helps us to explore your emotional relationship with your body and eating patterns.

Integrative Healing

As a humanistic integrative psychotherapist, hypnotherapist, Reiki Master and certified teacher I respect and acknowledge my clients strengths, beliefs and behaviours which have helped them to manage their lives thus far.  I work with clients to reach their goals and update their beliefs about life by bringing the unconscious into the conscious enabling them to make authentic choices, creating harmony and increased physical and emotional wellbeing.

At consultation each session is individually tailored to meet the identified needs of the client.  This may take the form of counselling/psychotherapy, Reiki healing or a combination of both therapies as required.

Typical issues brought to therapy may include: Stress, Trauma, Sexual Abuse, Fatigue and Lack of energy, Relationship problems, Weight management.

Please note that combined sessions will last approx. 1hr 30 mins, all other sessions 1hr.

Training and Workshops

My passion is for teaching and education, sharing my knowledege and experience. I lead lively, fun and experiential workshops which empower the participants with  practical tools and confidence that they can take away and use.

I also work as a freelance trainer in collaboration with other Training Organsiations to create, develop and present workshops to complement their existing prospectus.

Workshop Titles

REIKI ATTUNEMENTS  LEVELS l & ll Master/Teacher

When you become attuned as a Reiki healer your healing abilities expand. At level1 you open up your awareness and are able to give healing to yourself, family and pets.

Level11 is practitioner level and you will be able to advertise your services as a Reiki healer for others (insurable).

Master/Teacher level enables you to deepen your level of connection to teach and attune others to this wonderful healing energy.

OPEN TO CHANNEL, Channeling your Guide.  Two days £44 per day

Channelling involves shifting your awareness to an expanded state of awareness.  In this workshop you will learn meditation techniques and correct posture to enable you to hold these expanded frequencies within a safe, loving and supportive environment.
